Apni jaankari me jawab na mile aur AI credits khatam hon (ya aapki clinic ke liye AI chalu na ho) to ye chup rehta hai aur message aage keyword rules / AI Front Desk ke paas chala jaata hai. Jawab general hota hai, patient ke record se nahi; neeche bot wali line judti hai. Switch tabhi badalta hai jab Master switch ON ho, aur sirf owner / admin badal sakte hain. Iski ginti "Usage & switches" ke "AI fallback" card me dikhti hai. AI credits: Setup → Plan & Help → Packs & Credits → AI Usage & Credits.

Built-in commands → "🤖 Patient Self-Service Keywords" ke neeche "Veeransh AI free-form fallback (uses AI credits)" switch hai (default OFF). ON karne par jo patient message kisi command se match nahi hota (8 ya zyada akshar), uska jawab Veeransh deta hai — pehle apni jaankari se, warna AI se; AI wale jawab par clinic ke AI credits katte hain. Zaroorat na ho to OFF rakho.
