Mobile par photo OCR, exchange letter aur details edit nahi hai. "📋 Paste box text (auto-fill)" button "OCR done" bolta hai par abhi fields theek se nahi bharta — details haath se bharo aur check karo. Clinical Suite wale chhote form se record "planned" banta hai; status patient ke Implants tab se ya web par badlo.

Mobile: patient kholo → "Implants" tab → "+ Log Implant" → "Log Implant Fixture" form: Tooth # (FDI) *, Status (default placed), Brand, System, Diameter, Length, Torque, Lot #, Serial #, REF, Surgery date, Expiry, Stability, Healing, Bone graft, Membrane, Surgeon, Cost, Warranty (yrs), Notes → "Save". Chhota form: Clinical Suite → "🔩 Implants" → patient chuno → Tooth, Brand, Lot → "Record Implant".
