Agar owner / admin login par bhi "This name already exists" aaye to wo phrase sach me list me pehle se hai (bilkul same text). Doctor aur staff chips ko Rx / visit notes me tap kar sakte hain (tap ginti bhi badhti hai), bas list badal nahi sakte. Chip ke × (delete) par bhi baaki logon ko "Delete failed: …" aata hai, kyunki delete poore app me sirf owner / admin ka kaam hai. Medicine Library ka "📷 Scan medicine" koi bhi chala sakta hai par "+ Add" phir bhi owner / admin hi kar payega.
Preset, medicine ya instruction add karne par "This name already exists" kyun aata hai?
Clinical & Rx Presets, Medicine Library aur Instructions Library me add / edit / delete sirf owner ya admin login se hota hai. Doctor, receptionist ya assistant login par Visit Notes / Diagnosis (Rx) list aur Instructions Library ka add galti se "This name already exists" dikhata hai; Dosage / Duration list me laal "Forbidden: insufficient role", aur Medicine Library me "Add failed: Forbidden: insufficient role". Owner / admin se add karwao.
