Ginti apne aap badhti hai jab koi Rx form me chip tap karta hai — Chief complaint, Findings, Investigation, Diagnosis, Dosage, Duration, Medicine instructions, Advice aur Medicine Library ki dawai. Visit Notes block me chip tap karne se ginti nahi badhti. Isme koi setting nahi aur ginti reset ka button nahi. Jo chip kabhi tap nahi hua uspar number nahi dikhta aur wo peeche rehta hai. Kam use hone wale chips owner / admin × se hata sakte hain; purane likhe Rx / notes par asar nahi padta.
Preset chip ke saath likha "12×" kya hai aur chips ka order kaise banta hai?
Setup → Settings → Clinical → Clinical & Rx Presets me chip ke saath "12×" ka matlab: prescription (Rx) likhte waqt ye chip 12 baar tap hua (tooltip "This chip was tapped 12 times"). Har list sabse zyada tap hone wale chip se shuru hoti hai, aur Rx form me bhi chips isi order me aate hain.
