Hatane se sirf chip list se jaata hai; pehle likhe Rx, case sheet ya visit notes me jo text chala gaya wo waisa hi rehta hai. Visit Notes ki 8 list aur "Diagnosis (Rx)" me ek hi tareeka. Doosre login par "Delete failed: …" aata hai. Mobile par chip hatane par "Delete" confirm aata hai, wahan bhi edit nahi. (Medicine Library aur Instructions Library ke rows ka edit alag hai — un pages par dekho.)
Galat preset chip add ho gaya to kaise hataye ya sudhare?
Setup → Settings → Clinical → Clinical & Rx Presets → us chip ke laal "×" par click → confirm "Delete "…" from the list?" → OK. Dosage / Duration / Medicine instructions ki chip par confirm "Remove shortcut" → "Remove". Chip ka text edit nahi hota — galat chip hatao aur sahi text "+ Add" karo. Sirf owner / admin.
