"Sequential — number only" format wale UHID (jaise 17747) me prefix ya date nahi hoti — wo seedha clinic ka chalta hua patient number hai, isliye Decoder unpar "Invalid UHID format." dikhata hai. Decoder sirf padhta hai, kuch save ya badalta nahi. Ye screen owner/admin ko dikhti hai; mobile par bhi yahi Decoder hai. UHID ki date aur din ka number clinic ki IST date se bante hain — raat 12 ke baad register hua patient usi naye din ka hota hai.

Structured UHID = PREFIX + clinic ka overall patient number (5 ank) + saal YY + us din ka number (3 ank) + mahina MM + din DD. Jaise CLIN00876260010415 = CLIN clinic ka 876th patient, 15-Apr-2026 ko register hua, us din ka pehla patient. Khud todna ho to Setup → Settings → Clinic → UHID Settings → "🔍 UHID Decoder" box me UHID paste karo — Prefix, Patient #, Registered aur Daily # turant dikhte hain.
