Insights → Reports → All Reports → "Patient Intelligence" → "Retention Cohort": table "Retention by Signup Month" — har mahine ki row (sabse naye 12 mahine): "Signed Up" (us mahine kitne patient register hue), "Retained (90d)" (unme se kitno ki pichhle 90 din me koi appointment thi) aur %. Sirf owner / admin khol sakte hain.
