Disable karne se doctor delete nahi hota — card halka (faded) dikhta rehta hai aur purana hisaab bacha rehta hai, par registration ki "Referred By" list me nahi aata aur aage honorarium nahi judta. Receptionist Disable dabaye to "Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin" aata hai. Disable kiye doctor ko app se dobara active karne ka option abhi nahi hai (usi phone se naya doctor bhi nahi banta) — zaroorat ho to ORALZY support se poochho.
Referring doctor ko edit ya disable kaise kare?
Patient Care → Referrals → "Referring Doctors" tab → doctor card par pencil (Edit) se naam, phone, specialty, clinic, honorarium override, notification aur channel badlo → "Save". Hatana ho to dustbin (Disable) → confirm "Disable …? Past referrals stay; new picks won't show this doctor." → "Disabled". Disable sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain.
