Web table me patient ke naam nahi dikhte, sirf ginti — isliye merge karte waqt "Notes for audit log (optional)…" me dono UHID likh dena achha hai. Ye notes mobile ke History card me dikhte hain, web table me nahi. Mobile par badge "Xh left" (kitne ghante bache), "Window closed" ya "REVERSED" aata hai aur "↺ UNDO" link milta hai; mobile aakhri 100 merge dikhata hai. Merge History har staff dekh sakta hai, Undo sirf owner / admin.
Merge History me undoable, final aur reversed ka matlab kya hai?
Find Duplicates → "📜 Merge History" me aakhri 50 merge dikhte hain: Merged At, By (kisne kiya), Sources → Target (jaise "2 → 1"), Records Moved, Status aur Action. "undoable" = 72 ghante ke andar hai, "Undo" button dikhta hai; "final" = 72 ghante nikal gaye, ab undo nahi; "reversed" = undo ho chuka.
