"Talk to clinic" clinic ke saved phone number par WhatsApp chat kholta hai — number na ho to ye button dikhta hi nahi, isliye Clinic Profile me sahi phone bharo. Portal ka koi tab na dikhe to Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Portal me wo tab on karo.

Portal ke upar right me "EN" / "हिं" button hai — patient "हिं" dabaye to saare tab aur message Hindi (Roman) me aa jaate hain, jaise "Bakaya", "Meri Jaankari". Choice usi phone ke browser me yaad rehti hai. Neeche "💬 Talk to clinic" button clinic ke number par WhatsApp kholta hai.
