Link kho gaya to patient clinic ko call kare; staff Online Bookings me us naam / number ki request dekh kar bata de. Galat ya adhoora link par "That booking link is not valid. It may have expired, or the link was mistyped." aata hai. "🔄" wale status me patient link se naya time accept nahi kar sakta — clinic ko khud call karke time pakka karna hota hai. Booking ID bhi screen par dikhta hai.
Patient apni online booking ka status kaise dekhe?
Request bhejte hi page par "Save this link to check your booking later" ke neeche ek link aur "Copy link" button aata hai. Wahi link kholne par status dikhta hai: "⏳ Waiting for the clinic to confirm", "✅ Confirmed", "❌ Could not be scheduled — please contact the clinic", "🔄 The clinic has suggested a different time…" ya "🚫 Cancelled".
