OTP app me 5 minute tak hi chalta hai ("⏱️ OTP expired — request a new one"); "📩 Resend SMS" 30 second baad dabta hai. 5 baar galat OTP par "Too many attempts. Request a new OTP." aata hai. Ek hi number kai clinics me registered ho to login ke baad "Choose your clinic" list aati hai; baad me clinic badalni ho to app ke Settings (⚙) → "Active Clinic". Login lagbhag 24 ghante chalta hai, phir "Session expired" aakar dobara OTP lena padta hai. Patient ka number galat ho to pehle clinic me patient file me sahi number save karo. Ek number par ghar ke kai patient hon to "Choose your clinic" list me har naam alag aata hai ("As: <naam>") — patient apna naam chune. Abhi kai registered patients ko bhi OTP nahi pahunchta (app ki ek jaanch-galti) — aisa ho to ORALZY support ko batao aur tab tak patient ko web portal link bhejo.

Patient wahi ORALZY Android app khole → "Email or mobile number" me apna 10-digit mobile likhe (neeche "👤 Patient — the OTP will come to your mobile" dikhega) → "📩 Send OTP to mobile" → SMS wala 6-digit OTP daale → "Verify & Login". Alag signup nahi hota — sirf wahi number chalega jo clinic ki patient file me hai.
