Pharmacy+ → "Adjustments" → "+ New Adjustment" me bhi sirf "Breakage" chalta hai. Is screen par approve ka button nahi; approve web par ✓ se ya mobile Pharmacy+ → "Adjustments" → "Approve" se (mobile par Reject button nahi). Neeche "Recent Adjustments" me har request ka status dikhta hai ("Cost impact: ₹" sirf batch wali request par aata hai, jaise Expiry Alerts ka write-off — is screen ki request par nahi).

Mobile: Treatment → Pharmacy & Stock → Clinic Stock → Pharmacy Hub → "Stock Adjustments" → "Medicine *" (Tap to pick) → "Quantity *" aur "-" ya "+" → Reason chip → "Notes *" → "Submit Adjustment". Request approval ke liye jaati hai ("Adjustment is pending approval."). Abhi sirf "Damage" reason save hota hai — baaki chips par "Failed" aata hai.
