Clinic se aaye case par stage badalte hi clinic ko mota status (Accepted / Working / Finishing / Ready) dikhta hai — Workflow Builder ke "Clinic sees" ke hisaab se. ⚡ = rush, ⚠ = overdue, "↔ At the dentist for try-in". Clinic case board par na aayen to banner: "… are NOT on this board because "Put clinic cases through this pipeline" is off" — Production → "Workflow Builder" me tick karo. Pipeline hi na ho to "No workflow configured…". QC stage se aage Pass ke bina nahi jaata. "Sent to clinic" ho chuka case board par dikhta rehta hai par Next / peeche nahi jaata ("Case is already sent to the clinic — it cannot move back…").
Production Board par case next stage me aur technician ko kaise de?
Lab Pro: Bench → "Production Board" — har column pipeline ka ek stage (jaise Received, CAD Design, Milling, Staining, QC, Packing, Dispatch). Card par technician dropdown ("Unassigned" se naam), "Next ›" se agla stage, aur 🚫 se hold. Hold wale case alag "Blocked" column me. Ek se zyada pipeline ho to upar chips se badlo.
