Lab ke apne dentist ke case par box "CHAT WITH DENTIST" ("Message the dentist…") hota hai — dentist use lab ke portal link me padhta hai aur use WhatsApp par "The lab sent you a message — open your portal to read it" jaata hai; dentist ka portal band ho to chetavni "This dentist's portal is off, so they cannot read replies here…". Jis case me koi dentist juda nahi uspar "This case has no dentist attached, so there is no one to chat with." Mobile: case → chat + mic + "Call clinic".
ORALAB se clinic ko case ke baare me message ya voice note kaise bheje?
Case kholo → neeche "CHAT WITH CLINIC" box me "Message the clinic…" likho → "Send" (Enter se bhi). Bolkar bhejna ho to mic button ("Voice note — press and speak") → bolo → stop. Ticks: ✓ = sent, ✓✓ = delivered, neela ✓✓ = clinic ne padh liya. Turant baat karni ho to upar hara "Call" button app ke andar clinic ko call karta hai.
