Daant na bhare ho to chart khaali chhapta hai ("mark the teeth") aur shade na ho to "Shade:" ki khaali line — haath se bhar sakte ho. Case code na ho to slip chhapte waqt ban jaata hai; QR me yahi code hota hai. Draft (Pending) aur bheje hue dono case par chalta hai. Mobile: card par "Rx slip" → PDF banta hai, share / print karo.
Lab parcel ke liye Rx slip (lab prescription) kaise print kare?
Treatment → Lab → Lab Cases → "Lab Orders" list me case ki row par "🖨 Rx slip" dabao — "LAB PRESCRIPTION" page print hota hai: clinic ka naam-pata, case code + QR, Sent / "Needed by" date, lab ka naam, patient (naam, umar, gender, UHID), doctor, kaam, material, shade, FDI daant chart, "Enclosed in this parcel" tick-boxes aur Instructions (notes). Ise parcel me rakho.
