Is list me Edit ka button nahi hai — edit ke liye Visits pill me us visit ke "● Prescription" par ✎. Delete karne par Rx archive hokar list se hat jaata hai. Clinic ke saare patients ke Rx ek jagah chahiye to Treatment → Clinical → Rx & Vitals → Prescriptions page. Mobile: patient → More → "Rx" tab (har row par Print / WhatsApp / Edit / Delete).
Patient ke purane prescriptions (Rx history) kahan dekhe?
Patient chart → left sidebar Sections → "Rx" pill. "📜 Prescription History · N" me patient ke saare parche naye se purane kram me — har card par date, diagnosis, F/U (follow-up) date aur dawaiyan, saath me "🖨 Print", "💬 WA" aur "Delete". Visits pill me bhi har visit ke andar "● Prescription" dikhta hai.
