Family Health Card: family linked ho to "Open Family Tab", warna "+ Create new" ("Family name *" zaroori) ya "🔗 Link existing". Internal Notes band rehte hain ("tap to view") aur sirf owner / admin / doctor / receptionist ko dikhte hain. Follow-ups me 3 ek-tap button + likh kar "Add"; Recall me "+ Set" → type → 1 / 3 / 6 mo / 1 yr. Kuch badalna ho to upar naam ke bagal ✏ (Edit patient).

Mobile patient screen ka pehla tab "Profile": recall card (30 din ke andar ya overdue, "Remind via WA"), Medical Alerts (allergies, conditions, current meds, pregnancy, BMI, blood group), Demographics, Contact, Consultation Fee (chalu ho to), Quick Stats (Visits / Treatments / Bills / Docs + "Print Registration"), Family Health Card, 🔒 Internal Notes, "💊 Current medicines" aur Follow-ups / Recall card.
