Number sahi 10-digit mobile na ho to "Invalid phone". Patient "Deceased" ho to call, WhatsApp aur ✈ icon grey (band) ho jaate hain, aur 🔗 portal ya visit book karne par "Patient is deceased — Outreach actions are disabled for this patient." aata hai. Naam ke neeche chips: High Risk, VIP (tag "vip"), Deceased, 👨👩👧 family (tap = Family Card), OPD ("OPD till <date>", ya "OPD ₹fee" — tap karke charge). ₹ chip phone par saare bills aur payments jod kar banta hai, isliye kabhi summary card ke "Due" se alag ho sakta hai — "Due" wala hisaab sahi maano. Print sheet: Registration slip, Print bills — choose…, Latest Rx, Full case sheet, Discharge summary, Patient card (RGHS clinic me RGHS OPD printout bhi). Photo par tap = badi photo; camera badge = "Update Photo" (Camera / Gallery).
