Ye section zyadatar dekhne ke liye hai — case bhejna, cancel, redo, lab bill wagairah Treatment → Lab → Lab Cases page par hota hai (wo page 'Lab' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Upgrade required' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain; chart ka ye Lab section sab clinics me chalta hai). Koi case na ho to: "No lab cases for this patient yet. Lab cases auto-create when a treatment marked "done" needs lab work." — matlab jis Treatment Type par "🧪 Lab work required" tick hai use Mark Done karte hi case banta hai. Case "Sent to Lab" ho par "Lab Notified" khaali ho to lab ko WhatsApp nahi gaya — Lab Cases page par us case ki row me "⚠️ WhatsApp not sent" (us par mouse le jao to wajah) dekho. Recycle Bin me gaye case yahan nahi dikhte. Mobile: patient → "More" → Inventory → "Lab Work" ("Lab Orders (N)"), wahi card aur timeline (wahan step ka naam "Notified").

Har case ka card: case code, kaam (jaise "PFM Crown (Tooth #26)"), Shade, "Lab: <naam>" aur cost, status chip aur 4-step timeline — Sent · Lab Notified (📱 WhatsApp) · Received · Delivered, har step ki date ke saath. Lab ne WhatsApp par reply kiya ho to "N WhatsApp replies from lab" kholke padh sakte ho.
