Appointment kisi registered patient se judi na ho (sirf naam se bani walk-in booking) to "…isn't linked to a registered patient, so there's no profile to open. Register the patient first, then re-book." aata hai (mobile: "No patient record") — pehle patient register karo, phir nayi booking karo. Patient delete / merge ho chuka ho to "…record no longer exists — it was deleted or merged into another file. Search for them by name to find the surviving record." — Patients me naam se dhoondo. File kholne se pehle app pakka karta hai ki record abhi bhi maujood hai.
Calendar se seedha patient ki file (chart) kaise khole?
Naye calendar me appointment par click → card ka "Chart" button, ya right-click → "Open patient chart". Classic calendar me appointment par double-click, ya right panel ka "Open Patient Profile". Mobile: card par patient ke naam par tap, ya card tap → "Open Patient Profile".
