Browser me ye card sirf batata hai "Tracking runs only in the ORALZY desktop app — not in the browser"; register / on karna desktop app me hi hota hai. Do jagah ek saath on karne par "Tracking was just turned on on another PC. Refresh the page and check again." aata hai — "↻ refresh" dabao. Mobile app (Setup → Integrations → RGHS Claim Tracking) se sirf dekh sakte ho aur "turn off" kar sakte ho. Ye Setup item owner / admin ko dikhta hai. Yaad rahe: reader abhi bana nahi, isliye kisi bhi PC se status abhi nahi aata.

Ek clinic me sirf EK PC track karta hai. Naye PC par ORALZY desktop app me Setup → Integrations → RGHS Claim Tracking → "Register this PC" → "Turn on tracking from this PC" dabao — purana PC apne aap off ho jaata hai. "Registered PCs" list me kisi bhi PC par "track from this" / "turn off" bhi hai.
