"Daily cap: none" dikhe to matlab limit 0 hai — yaani reminders band hain, unlimited nahi. Dunning OFF ho to likha aata hai ki abhi kuch nahi ja raha — ye sirf "on karne par kya hoga" hai. List me pehle 60 patient ("…and N more"). Ye preview sirf roz wale reminder ka hai; "Start dunning" wali ladders isme nahi gini jaati. Mobile par preview sirf ginti dikhata hai, naam nahi.

Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "👁 Preview — who gets a message?" ki list me 📩 = kal 10:00 IST ke reminder me message jaayega, ⏸ = nahi jaayega, saath me wajah: on-cooldown (pichhle 3 din me reminder ja chuka), over-daily-cap ("Max reminders per day" bhar gaya — agle din), opted-out (STOP / DND), no-phone (number nahi).
