Water test report ki date nikal gayi / test hi nahi karaya — DUWL/water quality gap

Turant NABL / authorised lab se water (dental unit waterline + potable) test karao. App me alag Waterline Flush register nahi hai — report Certificates me (Category Other) agle test ki tareekh ke saath rakho, aur Weekly Facility Round ki Water line bharo.

Diagnosis: dental unit waterline aur potable water ki periodic microbiological testing chahiye; report overdue = gap.

Karo:

  1. NABL / authorised lab se sample test karao (CFU/mL), report lo.
  2. Team → Tasks & Training → Training → Certificates → "Add Certificate" → Category Other → report upload, agle test ki tareekh Expiry Date me (email + task reminder aata hai).
  3. Har hafte Weekly Facility Round ki line "Water & plumbing: no leaks, tank ok, toilets with soap and water" bharo; dikkat ho to "not ok" + action.
  4. Overdue gap ka imaandari se note aur aage ka schedule.

Edge case: CFU high aaye to shock disinfection + retest; CAPA register me entry.
