ORALZY ke Rx me jo per-medicine Instructions likhi hoti hain ("khana khane ke baad", "after meal"…) wo har dawai ke Note box me aa jaati hain — box hamesha dikhta hai, par sarkari form par chhapta sirf tab hai jab section 6 ka checkbox "Har dawai ke neeche uski instruction bhi chhapo" tick ho. Tick hone par note dawai ke naam ke neeche wrap hokar chhapta hai, dose column me nahi (pehle dose column me jud kar English form ke daayein kinare se bahar nikalta tha). Off rakho to sirf saaf Drug / Dose / Duration chhapega. Saath me: dawai ka naam "TAB AUGMENTIN 625" jaisa banta hai (strength/form dobara nahi jodta), plain Oral route nahi chhapta, aur agar dose likha hi nahi to form par koi "1 O.D." jaisa dose khud nahi banta — sarkari form par invented dose nahi jaata.
RGHS form par dawai ke saath instruction kyun chhap rahi?
Pehle instruction dose ke saath jud kar form ke bahar nikal jaati thi. Ab har dawai ka apna Note box hai aur wo form par tabhi chhapta hai jab "Har dawai ke neeche uski instruction bhi chhapo" tick ho — default OFF. Khali dose ab khali hi rehta hai.
