Patient chart → Visits → "📋 Active Plans — N pending" banner me plans tick karo (ya "Select all") → "✓ N Done + one bill". Drawer me visit notes, done date, ek post-op Rx aur poore visit ka Anesthesia Log ek baar bharo → "✓ N done + make bill" — ek hi invoice banta hai.

Har procedure ki row khol kar uska endo / implant (lot #) / complication record alag bhar sakte ho — bina tooth number wali row ka endo / implant record save nahi hota. Save ke baad consent, bill, case sheet aur discharge summary apne aap print hote hain. Dhyan: beta multi-sitting tracker wale RCT / crown course bulk Done se poore nahi hote — unka 🔄 Sitting button use karo. Mobile par bhi hai.
