Galat tooth par treatment done mark ho gaya — tooth number kaise sudhaaru?

Done ho chuka ho to do raaste: (a) sirf record ka tooth sudharna ho — mobile app → patient → More → Clinical → done card "Edit" → "Tooth Number" → "Save Changes" (bill aur Rx par purana tooth hi rehta hai; consent ka naya print naya tooth dikhata hai); (b) sab sahi chahiye — us visit ka bill "🗑 Delete" (Recycle Bin), owner / admin done row 🗑, aur sahi tooth par dobara Done.

PEHLE CHECK karo: treatment Plan (pink row) me hai ya Done (green row) me.

PLAN me: web ka plan drawer sirf rate / qty / discount badalta hai, tooth nahi — mobile app ka "Edit" (Edit Plan) "Tooth Number" badal deta hai.

DONE ho chuka: web ka done-row ✎ (Edit visit) sirf notes / dawai / clinical logs badalta hai — tooth ka khaana usme nahi. Mobile app ka "Edit Done TT" tooth number badal deta hai, par bill line aur Rx me purana tooth likha rehta hai (bina sign wala consent dobara print karo to naya tooth aata hai; sign hua consent wahi rehta hai).

Poora sahi karne ke liye:

  1. Patient chart → Visits me us din ke "● Bills" table me bill ka "🗑 Delete" → Recycle Bin (30 din recoverable; Action Guard on ho to PIN). Bill par payment juda ho to pehle owner / admin wo payment void kare.
  2. Owner / admin done row ka 🗑 dabaye (doosre role ko "Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin").
  3. "+ Treatment" se sahi tooth chun kar dobara Done — bill dobara ban jayega.
