Void ka reason aapke naam ke saath save hota hai ("… — by <naam>"). Reason chhota ho to "Enter a void reason (3+ chars)". Removed / Failed par card "Inactive" ho jaata hai aur expiry wala reminder message nahi jaata. Void ko app me wapas lene ka button nahi hai. Void, Removed, Failed sirf web par hain; mobile Prosthesis tab me dekhna, "+ Add" aur card bhejna hai.
Warranty card void kaise kare?
Prosthesis card par "Void" dabao → reason likho (kam se kam 3 akshar, jaise "terms breach — trauma") → "Confirm void". Card par "VOID" aa jaata hai, "💬 WhatsApp card" band ho jaata hai aur patient ke link par bhi "🚫 VOID" dikhta hai. Crown nikal gaya ho to "Removed" ya "Failed" dabao; galti ho to "Re-activate".
