Web chart ka sidebar "Vitals" box / "❤️ BP" chip in readings ko abhi nahi dikha raha (mobile ke patient card par BP dikhta hai). Visits card par vitals line tabhi aati hai jab us din ke note me complaint, HOPI ya diagnosis bhi ho; sirf vitals bhare to card par kuch nahi dikhta, par print me VITAL SIGNS chhapta hai. Print ka Weight / Height patient profile (Edit patient details) se aata hai. Pain 0 bhi asli score hai.

Sidebar ka "Vitals" box aur upar ka "❤️ BP" chip visit note se nahi bharte — aur abhi Vital Signs page ki reading bhi web par wahan nahi dikh paati. Reading dekhni ho to Sections → ⋯ More → "Vitals" ki list kholo.
