Allergy upar ki patti me "⚠️ Allergy: …" chip (pehli do), sidebar list, prescription ki safety check aur case sheet print ke "Allergies:" me jaati hai. Ek baar me ek allergy. Is box me jo bhi likho wo Allergies list me hi jaata hai — Diabetes / BP jaisi bimari yahan nahi, "Edit patient details" ke "Medical history" me likho. Koi bhi staff add kar sakta hai; owner ne Action Guard me "Edit patient profile" protect kiya ho to PIN maangega. Mobile: patient ke naam ke paas ✏️ → "Edit Patient Info" → "Allergies (csv)" me comma laga kar likho → "Save Changes".
Patient ki allergy chart me kaise add kare?
Patient chart → left sidebar "Allergies & Alerts" ke "+" (Add allergy / condition) → "⚠️ Add allergy / condition" → list se chuno (Penicillin, Lidocaine, Latex…) ya type karo → "⚠ Save allergy" (ya Enter). "✓ Allergy added" aata hai aur allergy sidebar me "Allergy on file" ke saath dikhti hai.
