Patient ki profile photo galat lag gayi — dusre patient ki photo dikh rahi hai

Patient chart ki sidebar me naam ke paas ✎ ("Edit patient details") dabao → upar "Patient photo" me "Change photo" (file), "Use camera" ya "🎯 Guided photo" se sahi photo lo → "✓ New photo selected — Save to apply" dikhe to neeche "Save changes". Save ke bina photo nahi badalti.

Profile photo (sidebar wali) clinical photos (X-ray/Scan) se alag hai — ye patient ki pehchaan wali photo hai.

FACE CHECK-IN

web par "Save changes" ke baad face check-in ka record nayi photo se apne aap ban jata hai; consent 4.10 "No" ho to "Photo saved. Face check-in is off for this patient — consent point 4.10 is No." aur photo me chehra na mile to "Photo saved — but no face was detected in this photo…" aata hai.

MOBILE

patient screen par photo ke kone ka chhota 📷 → "Update Photo" → "Camera" ya "Gallery" (turant save), ya ✎ → "Edit Patient Info" → "Update photo (camera)" / "Choose from gallery" → "Save Changes".

AAGE SE

registration ke waqt hi patient ke saamne photo lo. Ek hi patient ki do file ban gayi ho (isliye photo galat file par lagi) to Patient Care → Patients → Find Duplicates se dekho.
