Paisa clinic ke apne Razorpay account me jaata hai. Payment Gateways par "🔒 Payment Gateways — locked" dikhe to owner/admin "🔓 Request access" dabaye; approve hone par keys daal sakte hain. Keys na hon to "Create Mandate" par "UPI Autopay gateway not configured" aata hai (page par alag banner nahi). Mandate sirf owner / admin / doctor bana sakte hain, cancel sirf owner / admin. Status aur kata paisa Razorpay se tab aata hai jab web par ye page khule ya "Sync" dabao — har kata cycle patient ke ledger me ek UPI payment ban jaata hai. "0 = unlimited" ka matlab Razorpay par 120 cycle tak. Mandate kisi bill ya EMI plan se apne aap nahi judta — Notes me likh sakte ho kis plan ke liye hai. Upar ke tiles: "Auto-Collected Monthly" (active mandates ka mahine ka andaza), "Active Mandates", "Awaiting Patient", "Cycles Charged". Dhyan: "Schedules" tab ka "Set up ⚡" mandate nahi banata. Mobile: Billing → Bills → "UPI Autopay" (wahan Sync nahi hai).
Patient ke UPI se har mahine EMI apne aap kaise kate (UPI Autopay)?
Billing → Bills → EMI & Autopay → "UPI Autopay" tab → "New Mandate" → patient chuno, "Amount per cycle (₹)", Cycle (Monthly / Fortnightly / Weekly), "Total cycles (0 = unlimited)" → "Create Mandate" (status "Pending auth"). Row par "Send" se approval link WhatsApp karo; patient apne UPI app me ek baar approve kare, phir har cycle Razorpay khud kaatta hai. Pehle owner/admin Setup → Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways me clinic ke Razorpay keys daale.
