Razorpay mana kare to "Razorpay cancel failed — mandate NOT cancelled: …" aata hai aur mandate chalta rehta hai — thodi der baad dobara try karo. Cancel se theek pehle ek aakhri sync hota hai, taaki tab tak kate paise payment ke roop me darj ho jaayein. Undo nahi hai — dobara chahiye to naya mandate banao aur patient se phir approve karwao. ✕ "Pending auth", "Active" aur "Paused" par dikhta hai. Doosre role ko "Forbidden: insufficient role". Mobile: UPI Autopay screen → "Cancel" → "Cancel mandate?" → "Cancel mandate".
UPI Autopay mandate cancel kaise kare?
Billing → Bills → EMI & Autopay → "UPI Autopay" tab → mandate ki row par laal ✕ → "Cancel this autopay mandate? Future cycles will not auto-debit." OK. Sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain. App pehle Razorpay par mandate band karta hai, tabhi status "Cancelled" hota hai.
