Kaagaz ki receipt chahiye to Visits → "Payments Received" → "🖨 Receipt" se print karke do. Bill ka PDF bhejna alag hai — ⋯ → "WhatsApp patient" → "🧾 Latest bill". Error: "❌ Not sent — Patient has no phone on file" (pehle phone number bharo); payment hi na ho to "This patient has no payment recorded…". Toast "✓ Payment receipt sent" aaye to message chala gaya.
Payment ki receipt patient ko WhatsApp par kaise bheje?
Receipt ka PDF bhejne ka button nahi hai. Patient chart → ⋯ (More actions) → "Send via WhatsApp" → "Payment Received" dabao (ya ⋯ → "WhatsApp patient" → "💬 Send message" me "Payment received") — patient ko message jaata hai: aakhri payment ka amount aur mode, aur "Balance Due ₹X" ya "Fully Paid — No balance due." Mobile: patient screen ke upar ✈️ (send) icon → "Send message" → "Payment Received". Waise har payment save par patient ko apne aap "payment received" SMS bhi jaata hai.
