Icon tabhi dikhte hain jab mouse row par ho. Paid bill par "Pay Link" nahi aata. Cancelled aur Credited bill par sirf "Delete" bachta hai (View / Print / Cancel nahi). Draft par View / Print / WhatsApp / Email nahi — pehle Finalize karo. Button sabko dikhte hain, par Cancel aur To Invoice sirf owner/admin/doctor ke liye chalte hain (baaki ko "Forbidden: insufficient role"). Mobile: har bill card par icon — ✎ (draft edit), ⇄ (proforma convert), WhatsApp, mail, phone (pay link), 🔔 (dunning), print, receipt (credit note, owner/admin), ✕ (cancel), 🗑 (delete).
Bill ki row par Cancel, Print ya Delete ka button kahan hai?
Billing → Bills → "All Bills" me bill ki row par mouse le jao — dahine pehle 3 action icon dikhte hain, baaki "⋮" (More) menu me. Draft: "Edit", "Finalize", "Cancel", "Delete". Final bill: "View", "WhatsApp", "Pay Link" (baaki ho to), "Email", "Print", "All bills", "Credit Note" (sirf owner/admin), "Cancel", "Delete". Final proforma par pehla button "To Invoice".
