Wahi button Financial Controls → Ageing & Credit → Actions me "🧹 Set-off ₹X" — dono jagah ek hi dialog. Adhikaar bandha hua hai: server sirf cutoff se pehle wale bill chhoo sakta hai aur har bill par likhne se theek pehle dobara jaanchta hai — ORALZY ka asli bill is raste se kabhi nahi hatta. Cash day open chahiye, warna "Pehle cash day open karein". Mobile: sirf Ageing row se; chart ka tile web par.

Patient chart ke upar "🧹 Purana bakaya" tile (web) ya Ageing & Credit row ka "🧹 Set-off ₹X" dabao → wajah chuno → "Hatao ₹X" → PIN. Sirf purane software (cutoff se pehle) ke bill hatte hain; ORALZY me bane naye bill par ye kaam nahi karta — unke liye 💰 Receive → Write-off.
