Delay = doctor abhi kisi case me hai aur agle patient ka time nikal chuka hai, to kitne minute upar ho gaye. Agla patient na ho ya time na likha ho to "—". 15 minute se zyada laal. Doctor board me directory ke doctor aur woh naam bhi aate hain jo aaj ki appointment me likhe hain. Doctor par click → right panel me Running, Delay, Done today, Remaining + "Open today's list" aur "Doctor performance". Card ke upar: kitne "in chair" aur "worst delay". Mobile Care tab me same board.
Mission Control ke Care tab me Doctor board aur doctor delay kya batata hai?
Today → Mission Control → "Care" tab → "Doctor board": har doctor ki live halat — "In chair" ya "Free", abhi kaun patient / chair / treatment, agla patient ("Next 11:30 · naam"), "done, left" ginti aur delay ("+15m", "on time" ya "—"). "Today's list" button Calendar kholta hai.
