"Unassigned" me wo bills hain jin par koi doctor laga hi nahi tha. "Deleted doctor" me wo bills hain jinka doctor ab doctor list me nahi hai. In bills ki rakam kisi doctor ke naam nahi judti — isliye doctor ka revenue kam dikh sakta hai.
