Clinic par asar: jab tak koi template APPROVED nahi, us format ka patient message nahi jaata — chart ke 💬 sheet me ❌ aur Sent Log me "Ruka". Meta kabhi minute me approve karta hai, kabhi 1–2 din. REJECTED ho to wajah panel me dikhti hai; naya template Super Admin ki taraf se dobara submit hota hai.
WhatsApp template approve hua ya nahi?
Super Admin → Platform Messaging → "🦷 Patient ke template — inhi par patient chart ka 💬 button chalta hai" panel har template ka status dikhata hai (APPROVED / "Meta abhi dekh raha hai — intezaar" / REJECTED + wajah / "Meta par hai hi nahi"). "📦 Saare baaki template bhejo" ek click me sab submit karta hai. Super Admin login chahiye — clinic user ko ye page nahi dikhta.
