List me sabse naye upar, aakhri 200 submissions dikhte hain. Jawab field ke key naam (jaise preferredDate) ke saath dikhte hain. Submission delete karne ka koi button nahi hai.

Patient Connect → WhatsApp → Lead Forms → form card par "📊 Submissions" → har entry ke upar dropdown se New / Contacted / Converted / Lost chuno — turant save ho jaata hai. Mobile me Submissions list me new / contacted / converted / lost chips tap karo.
