Lead ki row me "Edit" → "Next Follow-up" me tareekh chuno → "Update Lead". Tareekh list ke "Next F/U" column me dikhti hai. Iska koi WhatsApp / SMS ya notification reminder nahi jaata — roz Leads list ya Patient Care → Patients → Missed Patients ka "Prospect" hissa khud dekhna hota hai.
