Department ka naam bhi geo-fence ("Specific Departments") aur incentive rule ("By Department") me match se chalta hai — isliye HR Masters me bhi Clinical / Admin / Support / Housekeeping / Other jaise wahi naam banao jo staff form me chunte ho. Mobile app ke staff form me Department khula text box hai — wahan bhi wahi spelling likho. Staff form: Team → Members → Directory → Staff Directory.

Staff Directory ke "Add Staff" / "Edit Staff" form ka Department dropdown fixed list hai — Clinical, Admin, Support, Housekeeping, Other. HR Masters ke Departments tab ke naye department wahan nahi aate. Designation wahan khula text box hai — HR Masters → "Designations" me jo naam hai bilkul wahi likho.
