Sirf "Waiting on colleague" wali request par "Cancel Request" hota hai. Wahi dates ki pending request dobara bhejne par "A pending swap already exists for these dates". Admin approve kare tab attendance me badlav aata hai; naye din punch phir bhi lagana hai. Staff Login (OTP wala) me shift swap nahi hai.
Kisi colleague se duty (shift) swap ki request kaise bheje?
"👤 My Portal" → "🔄 Shift Swaps" → "+ Request Swap" → "Swap with colleague" me naam chuno → "My date (I want off)" aur "Their date (I'll cover)" → Reason (optional) → "Send Swap Request". Colleague ko push jaata hai; wo accept kare, phir admin final approve karta hai. Mobile: Check-in Kiosk → naam → "My Swaps".
