Portal tabhi khulta hai jab aapka login kisi Staff Directory record se juda ho (login Staff Directory ke "Create a login account for this staff member?" se bana ho). Juda na ho to "Portal unavailable" aur "No staff profile linked to this user" — owner / HR se link karwao. Staff Login (OTP wala) me My Portal nahi khulta. Mobile Check-in screen buttons: "My Attendance History", "Request Leave", "My Leaves", "My Swaps", "Regularize Missed Punch", "My Training", "My Performance Reviews", "My Incentives", "My Advances (Loans)". Advances, Incentives aur Reviews abhi sahi se kaam nahi karte (alag entries dekho).

Clinic login (username + password) wale staff ke liye web par sidebar ke neeche "👤 My Portal" button. Usme baayi taraf tabs: 🗓 Attendance, 🌴 Leaves, 💰 Advances, 🎁 Incentives, 🎓 Training, ⭐ Reviews, 🔄 Shift Swaps, 📝 Regularizations. "← Exit to main app" se wapas. Mobile app me: Team → Attendance → Check-in Kiosk → "Select your name" → neeche ke buttons.
