Staff Login ke liye owner ko alag account banana nahi padta: staff ka mobile number Staff Directory (status active ya on-leave), Doctors master ya kisi Clinic login user par hona chahiye — pehli OTP login par system khud ek locked self-service account bana deta hai. Owner / doctor bhi apne number se Staff Login kar sakte hain; tab bhi unka asli account nahi khulta, alag locked account banta hai. Staff Login ke andar koi aur screen hoti hi nahi — sirf staff home ke tabs. Regularization request, shift swap, training quiz, advance aur incentives Staff Login me nahi hain — ye sirf Clinic login wale staff ke "👤 My Portal" (web) ya mobile Check-in Kiosk screen ke buttons me hain. Clinic login naya staff add karte waqt Staff Directory form ke "Create a login account for this staff member?" tick se banta hai (yahi login My Portal se juda hota hai). Leave apply 'Staff HR & Payroll' add-on ka hissa hai — 'This needs the Staff HR & Payroll add-on' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.
Staff Login aur Clinic login me kya fark hai, staff ko kaunsa de?
Staff Login ("👤 Staff Login — Attendance & Leave") = clinic code + apna mobile + OTP; isme sirf punch, leave, payslip, apne tasks / register / SOP khulte hain, patient ya billing kuch nahi. Clinic login (username / email + password) = poora app, role ke hisaab se. Jis staff ko sirf hajiri aur chhutti chahiye use Staff Login do; jise patient / bill ka kaam karna hai use Clinic login (User Management ya Staff Directory se).
