Paise ka hisaab galat na ho isliye payment wala bill delete nahi hota. Galat payment likh di ho to pehle bill "Open" karke dekho; lab screen par payment hatane ka button nahi hai. Manager aur Technician ko Delete nahi dikhta — role Setup → "Staff & logins" me Owner badalta hai. Pehle se delete bill "Deleted" filter me hai.
Lab bill par "Delete" button kyu nahi dikh raha?
Teen wajah: (1) bill par payment aa chuki hai, (2) bill par credit note lag chuka hai ya wo khud credit note hai, (3) aap Owner / Accounts nahi ho. Payment wale bill ko Books → "🧾 Bills" → "Open" → "Credit note" se ulto — aaya paisa clinic ke advance me chala jaata hai.
