Tag hatane ka koi tareeka nahi hai — web upload sirf jodta hai. Mobile "Import CSV" me wahi number dobara daalo to naam aur tags file wale se badal jaate hain — tags khaali chhode to purane hat jaate hain, isliye dhyan se. Delete se pehle Hold / Inactive hatana padta hai. Naya contact consent "pending" ke saath banta hai. Upload Growth add-on ka hissa hai — "This needs the Growth add-on" aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store.
WhatsApp contact ka naam, number ya tag kaise badle?
WhatsApp Contacts me contact edit karne ka button nahi hai — naam, number, email ya tag baad me nahi badalte. Tag jodna ho to wahi number tag ke saath upload karo (purane tag rehte hain, naya jud jaata hai). Galat number ho to owner / admin contact delete karke sahi number se naya jode. Inbox me naam patient file se aata hai, isliye patient file me naam / mobile sahi karo.

Quick steps
- Tag jodna: number + tag wali file "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)" se upload karo
- Number galat: owner / admin purana contact delete kare, phir "+ Add Contact"
- Inbox me naam galat: patient file me naam / mobile sahi karo
