Software har request me key ko 'X-API-Key' naam ke header me bhejta hai (screen par 'API base' aur header likha hota hai — developer ko wahi do). Key se joda gaya contact 'opted-in' maana jaata hai — sirf unhi logon ko jodo jinhone WhatsApp ki ijazat di ho. Ek baar me zyada se zyada 100 contacts / campaigns aate hain. Key se campaign banana ya bhejna nahi hota. Patients, appointments, bills ke liye Setup → Integrations → Open API / Synchronizer hai. Key sirf owner / admin bana sakte hain.
WhatsApp ke API Keys tab kis kaam ka hai?
API Key bahar ke software (apni website, CRM, developer ka tool) ko clinic ke WhatsApp hisse se jodti hai: WhatsApp Contacts ki list padhna (naam, phone, email, tags, opt-in status), naya contact jodna, aur WhatsApp Campaigns ki list stats ke saath (sent, delivered, read, replied, failed, opted out) padhna. Patient record, bill ya appointment isse nahi milte.
