Setup Guide ke hisaab se: Phone Number ID Meta ke WhatsApp Manager → Phone numbers → number ki Settings me; Access Token Business Settings → System Users → Generate New Token (permissions whatsapp_business_messaging + whatsapp_business_management, Token Expiration "Never" — warna 60 din me message chup-chaap ruk jaate hain); WABA ID Business Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp accounts me. Webhook ka Callback URL aur Verify Token bhi usi guide me hai (mobile: WhatsApp Hub → "Settings" tab ka "Webhook URL" card, tap karke copy). Dhyan: "Save WhatsApp" button "Disabled" ko apne aap "Enabled" nahi karta — card ka pill khud dabao. Integrations ka "Test Connection" pehle save karta hai, phir yahi keys Meta se jaanchta hai ("WhatsApp not connected for this clinic yet" = number / token khaali). WhatsApp Connection → "Settings" tab me bhi manual form hai (Phone Number ID, Access Token, Business Account ID, Verify Token, App Secret → "💾 Save to Server (Encrypted)"); wahan Phone Number ID, Access Token aur Business Account ID teeno bhare hon tabhi number chalu hota hai — ek bhi khaali chhod kar save kiya to number band ho jaata hai. Wahan ka "🔌 Test Connection" sirf batata hai ki abhi jo number chal raha hai (apna ya ORALZY common) Meta par zinda hai. Mobile: WhatsApp Hub → "Settings" → "Meta credentials" → "Save credentials". Sirf owner/admin save kar sakte hain, aur ye form ORALZY approval ke baad hi dikhta hai.
