Mobile app se perio chart kaise bhare?
Mobile: patient kholo → More → Perio → "6-Site Chart". Har daant ka number tap karo → MB, B, DB, ML, L, DL me "PD (mm)" likho, BoP / PI tap karo (ya "Mark as missing") → "Done". Upar Avg PD, BoP %, PI %, ≥4mm, ≥6mm live dikhte hain. Aakhir me Notes likh kar "Save Chart" → 'Periodontal chart recorded.'
